Allan is the current Managing Partner at the firm. He is meticulous, diligent and with a high attention to details. Prior to founding the firm, Allan worked as the Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolutions Department at Irungu Kang’ata and Company Advocates.

Allan has broad knowledge of litigation in Human Rights Law, employment law, defamation law and the law on injurious falsehoods, personal injury claims,Judicial Review, Commercial Law,Intellectual Property Law, Pensions Law, Criminal Law, Immigration Law, Maritime Law etc.

He also has extensive knowledge in Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanisms.

Allan also has expertise in developing and implementing tailored compliance programs for companies and other legal entities to help them avoid falling afoul of the regulatory authorities and to minimize the risk of being penalized.

Allan also conducts preventive intellectual property rights and competition audits and organizes seminars to train staff and heighten their awareness of competition and intellectual property issues.

He is extremely skilled at negotiating the best terms for our clients in a well-reasoned and transparent process within complex domestic and international transactions.

He speaks French fluently and has handled various international transactions from francophone clientele.

Allan holds a Bachelor of Laws LL.B degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law. He also has a B2 Diploma in French from Alliance Francaises.
