Benard is a Senior Partner at the firm. He has a reputation for high energy, innovativeness and dynamism. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Ochieng’ worked for Munene Wambugu and Kiplagat Advocates as the Head of Department, Debt Recovery.

He also has broad knowledge in property law, securitization and all aspects of conveyancing, real estate and projects, having acted for several high net worth development projects and properties within the real estate sector.

He also has broad experience in asset – backed finance, securitization, banking and credit – structured finance, agricultural finance, banking and financial litigation, financial service and project finance. He has acted for clients across the financial services and real estate sector, including lending facilities, developers, cooperatives and SACCOs, Fintechs, asset and fund Managers as well as other regulated businesses.

Benard holds a Bachelor of Laws LL.B degree from the University of Nairobi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Kenya School of Law.
